Prime Concrete Development Holdings Pty Ltd (PCD) is a family-owned business which was established on the 30^th of November 2017, our first day of manufacturing was on the 19th of March 2018. We are established with over 40 years of experience within the concrete industry.

Prime Concrete Development Holdings Pty Ltd (PCD) has a Project Management team, Contract Administrator, 3 x estimators, Supervisors, 5 internal crews plus a pool of 18 sub-contractors which were especially handpicked/selected who form the installation arm of PCD which enables us to tender & quote on supply and install on any size project from residential through to large civil projects. Internal crews and contractors could be increased to accommodate project demand in the civil industry. Our Manufacturing Plant is capable of manufacturing comfortably 3000 – 4000 sleepers per day whilst still maintaining the highest of quality product.

PCD currently owns 23 machines (1x 2.5T – 7x 5T – 1x 8.5T – 6x 13.5T 1x 25T – 2x 40T – 4 x Track Skid Steer – 1 x Front end loader) also has the ability to purchase more if necessary and sub-contractors having their own machines. PCD install crews can comfortably post and build 200m2 -250m2 per week per crew, we also provide the option for just posting crews on site which have the capability of 500m2 per week and then just building crews with capability of 500m2 per week to follow for more output or multiple crews per site providing the preparation of the site. With our close partnerships and great relationships with various engineering firms there will be minimal delay in supply of Soil Test, Form 15 and Form12 if required.

PCD has also fencing crews who are able to fulfil any fencing requirements required.
